Welcome to the May 2008 edition of the Roatan Realty Newsletter.

Championship Golf Comes to Roatan.

Our little island of Roatan is coming of age as a full service tourist destinantion with the addition of a World Class Championship Golf Course.  The eighteen hole ocean side course called "Black Pearl" is being designed by the Dye Design Group headed by Pete Dye.

The course will sit on a stellar piece of island property encompassing 460 + acres on the North shore of the island of Roatan on the Caribbean Sea.  Timeline for the first players looks to be about December of 2009. 

Along with the course will be a beautiful grouping of private homes and estates, villa's and condominiums that will be available for purchase as well.  Pre-construction pricing and sales will be available in the next few months as the residential sales side becomes available.

The resort side of the "Black Pearl" golf course is called "Pristine Bay Resort & Spa".  The resort will feature a five star hotel, spa facilities, restaurants, full service marina, clubhouse and property management.
